Myron Mortakis

Myron Mortakis is the President and founder of HELM Systems, a South Florida-based software development company, specializing in interactive and virtual reality software development.

He carries over his expertise and experience of over 13 years in structuring, organizing and directing development teams. Myron has led his company to international recognition, in the form of award nominations, mainstream world-wide online and print publications, as well as to the creation of HELM’s proprietary 3D rendering engine.

Helm systems is now developing their VR project – The SoulKeeper VR where they used Character Creator and iClone for their Unreal game project.

Reallusion’s products are an essential component in our development toolbox, as they facilitate and expedite a lot of complex processes that are involved in a character’s production cycle, without sacrificing quality.

To prove that animation isn’t only for professionals, Reallusion is hosting the Animation At Work Contest 2019 with 4 categories: Business, Comic, YouTube, and Education.

AT&T SHAPE Features the Future of Media and Entertainment Technology

iClone 7 and Character Creator 3 showcase Realtime 3D for Virtual Production

AT&T Shape 2019, an entertainment and wireless technology event hosted at Warner Brothers Studios in Burbank, California featured the future of 5G wireless technology from AT&T, Nokia, Nvidia, and Google, along with a number of companies there to share innovations in media and entertainment.  Noitom, makers of Perception Neuron and Magic Leap, the mega AR glasses company were also among those attendance. AT&T Shape offers attendees a weekend on the famous Warner Brothers Studios lot to hear from industry speakers and see the latest solutions for industry leaders.

Reallusion was setup in the town chapel with 5G innovation and Media Technology leaders.

Former HBO Producer turns to iClone Character Creator for Latest Film Project

Julian Grant

Julian Grant is an award-winning filmmaker with 34 feature films to his credit. A published author and acclaimed digital artist – Julian Grant’s work can be seen worldwide on cinema screens, television, independent forums and on the internet. As an independent writer, producer and director he has created numerous short films and music videos and continues to develop new media showcases, transmedia events and pedagogical strategies.

Julian has worked with Lionsgate and HBO where he worked as the Producer/ Director of the acclaimed mini-series, Robocop: Prime Directives. Today, Julian Grant is a tenured Associate Professor in the Interactive Arts & Media Department at Columbia College Chicago.  

In 2017 he was approached by screenwriter Ron Falzone, with his script for ‘Coriander’, which he took on with the help of iClone, Character Creator and 3DXchange; as he had previously done a number of short films with.
