Hello. In this iClone tutorial, I will show you how to develop a dynamic atmosphere with lightning and physics in real-time. This is part of the iClone Master Class series to help iClone users improve and level up their skills.

To begin, we have our scene opened in iClone and we see that the shadows are dark. (Fig 1.0) That is because I deactivated the atmosphere features. Therefore, we are going to turn them on to brighten up the project.

Hi I’m Adolf Navarro, and this time I want to show you how one single person can create very cool action sequences in a short period of time using iClone and the characters and models of Reallusion’s Content Store.

The main advantage of Reallusion animation applications is that they are extremely easy to learn and use, so the animation process becomes very intuitive and fast, all the same, the final result can be pretty cool even getting a nice cinematic aspect just using few filters in the video editing phase. Almost no post production or compositing are needed.

When bringing a script to life for the first time it’s always a struggle between time and resources; especially when it comes to action sequences as they require lots of characters, motions, visual effects,  post production and compositing.

It would take much more time to create the scenes and animations in traditional workflows. However, filmmaking with real-time animation, a library of content and character creation provides visual artists with flexibility while saving lots of time.  Furthermore, realtime animation allows creators to collaborate instantaneously with writers, directors and others involved in the creative process.

iClone Unreal Live Link showcased @ 2019 Yokohama Unreal Fest East

This year, Reallusion was invited by Epic Games to participate in UNREAL FEST EAST in Yokohama to showcase the iClone Unreal Live Link plug-in.

Since 2014, the event has since been held in the Kantō region (East) in the fall and the Kansai region (West) in the spring. For this event the number of attendees has been increasing year by year, as it attracts innovative uses of Unreal Engine.
